Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2024 - Swing Shift Update

4:00PM - Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack while sitting on the recliner, watching her favorite game shows. She finished the rest if her ginger tea (1/2 cup). Coughed once.

4:50PM - BP: 115/68, P: 69 bpm

5:00PM - Diaper was dry.

5:05PM - Dinner was baked salmon with brussel sprouts prepared by Tom and finished a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed it. Coughed once.

5:45PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:00PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Positioned to face her left side with pillows in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
