Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, awake. Tom's givinf her sips of water via swab.


9:45AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


BP: 105/60, P: 70 bpm, O2: 96%


10:00AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet, no v. discharges. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.


10:20AM - Maureen took 8oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple

sauce.


Breakfast - oatmeal with banana, banana bread and 8oz prune juice. No coughs.


11:10AM - Oral care.


11:35AM - Deanna arrived for Maureen's hair appointment.


12:35PM - Facial and hand care routine.


1:00PM - Lunch - Maureen had tuna salad, beets and veggie soup. Maureen had 12'oz sparkling water. Coughed once.


1:45PM - Oral care.


2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face her right side.


3:10PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Maureen got dressed and transferred to the front room.


3:20PM - Melon for fruit snack and took 5 oz lemon water.


Total liquid intake - 33 oz
