  • 8:30 am- Maureen is still sleepy, closing her eyes again. She has been very restless this morning. She is sleepy, but closes her eyes for a few minutes and every time she opens them she is moving her legs up and down a lot, moving her head and whole body.

  • 9:00 am- We started our day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied 3 M Cavilon products. We next washed Maureen's upper body. There is still a slight redness on her right inner elbow. We cleaned with water and soap, After it dried we applied a thin layer of nystatin. Finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:20 am- Breakfast- pancake with a peach jelly and banana, 8 oz of prune juice. We started with administering Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Maureen coughed twice during breakfast, sneezed once. We had to recline Maureen's chair during breakfast, because she was leaning forward and her head was down.

  • 9:45 am- Administered Lisinopril and 5 ml of Zyrtec.

  • 9:50 am- Morning oral care.

  • 11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. Dalia and I positioned her on the right side at 11:40 am.

  • Maureen is very restless again while laying down. She is moving her legs, arm and head.
