Tuesday February 20, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen sits comfortably watching tv.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper: dry.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 110/68, P 74.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken fajita casserole, 2/3 cup of lemon water. Maureen ate very well and enjoyed very much. Coughed once, suction pump used.

• 5:45pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I cleaned/changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Cleaned and applied nystatin powder to redness spots by armpits.

• 6:45pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: T: 96.3, O2: 98, P: 71
