• 4:00pm Maureen rests confidently watching tv.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 110/70, P 68.

• 4:50pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Ham, broccoli, Mac and cheese casserole, 1/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Transferred to the bedroom where, Maya and I wiped clean Maureen’s face and hands. Diaper was dry, cleaned and changed and applied Cavilon cream. Applied powder nystatin to redness by her right armpit.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: T: 97.6, O2: 98, P: 63.
