Tuesday, February 11, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s lying on her left, sleepy eyes.

• 8:40am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:45am Blood pressure: 101/60, P91.

• 8:50am Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, applied nystatin powder to small-fading redness on her right arm pleat. Clean/change a dry diaper with small amount of yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Noticed a redness spot on her left upper thigh, applied nystatin powder to the area and to, almost faded, abdomen redness spot. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 9:10am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce. Breakfast followed: 8oz prune juice with a full cap of Miralax, boiled egg, pear, and a cup of lemon water. Coughed twice.

• Daily Miralax dosage: 1 cap

• 10:00am Oral care.

• 10:10am Facial routine performed.

• Maureen napped for about 20 minutes once done with her morning routine, stayed alert afterward listening to her playlist.

• Maureen had half cup of lemon water.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clea/change a heavy wet diaper with a very small-soft BM, positioned on her right side. No vaginal discharge observed.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken and rice soup, baked apple, and a cup of coconut water. Coughed once.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• Maureen stayed well alert the whole time after lunch. In the meantime, she had half cup of lemon water.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-soft BM, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana) and 2/3 cup of lemon water.
