Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was awake, lying in her left side. Looking calm - no signs of pain or distress.


Cleaning ladies arrived.


9:00AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Neck area is clear from red spots including the left elbow. Diaper was dry with small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed and proceed to the kitchen.


9:10AM - Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - 8 oz prune juice, scrambled egg with ham and cheese, and sliced pear. Coughed 2x.


No MiraLAX dose today.


9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.


10:00AM - Oral care.


10:10AM - Facial and hand care routine.


10:30AM - Maureen had 10 oz of lemon water. Closed her eyes for a nap after.


11:15AM - BP: 100/58, P: 67bpm


11:30AM - Maureen took a 40 min nap while comfortably sitting. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.


12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and moved to the kitchen.


12:40PM - Lunch - chicken salad, beets and sweet pea soup. Maureen had rice pudding for dessert and finished 10oz of sparkling water. No coughs.
