Tuesday Feb.17th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Sat her in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a few zips of lemon water.

-9:45am Morning Care changed Maureen diaper it was dry w/a light discharge. Applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warmed purple wipes. Applied Nystatin under her left breast, noticed a lump around her nipple area approx size of a half dollar. Dressed Maureen to start her day.

-10:10am washed Maureen's hair & styled it.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, gave her a few more zips of lemon water. Gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce.

-10:40am made breakfast, scrambled egg w/tomato and onion & half of diced banana.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand cream.

-12:15pm finished 10oz.of lemon water.

-1:15pm afternoon snack, avocado diced & some zips of coconut water.

-2:00pm afternoon break, transferred Maureen into the bedroom. Changed her diaper it was light wet & positioned her on her right side.

-2:50pm start Maureen's afternoon, changed her diaper it was dry. Transferred Maureen into the living room, watching the Olympics.

-3:45pm Maureen finished 10oz. of coconut water.

-4:30pm dinner sloppy Joe's & potato salad.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce. Did Oralcare. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-6:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime, changed her diaper heavy wet. Applied cavilon to appropriate areas & washed her face and hands, applied lotion to her face, hands, legs & feet. Dressed her for the night and positioned her on her left side.
