Monday Feb.16th Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is sleeping--10:00am waking Maureen up slowly & sat her up in a upright & gave her crushed 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce & a few sips of prune juice.

-10:15am Shelly the nurse had her visit, Maureen's Lungs are clear & reports a good visit.

Vitals- T- 97.3 BP- 109/ 70

HR- 67 Resp.- 18

-10:30am changed her diaper it was dry, Shelly checked her vaginal area, all good. Applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed her face and upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her for the day.

-11:00am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair & gave her 10mg of Loratadine crushed w/applesauce. Tried giving her more prune juice & hydration water a couple zips of each.

-11:30am made breakfast, a waffle w/jelly & diced pears. Zips of both hydration water and prune juice.

-12:30pm Oralcare & facial and hand cream applied. Finished 8oz. of prune juice.

-1:20pm diced watermelon & finished her 10oz.of hydration water.

-2:05pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, diaper was dry. Positioned her on her left side. Gave Maureen a suppository.

-3:15pm Maureen had a soft large BM & was light wet when we changed her. Got her dressed for the afternoon.

-3:35pm transferred Maureen into the living room.

-3:50pm giving Maureen a breathing treatment/ albuterol

-4:15pm finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:40pm dinner salmon & broccoli

-5:25 gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce and 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce. She finished 10oz of sparkling water.

-5:45pm Oralcare

-5:50pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime. Changed her diaper it was light wet, washed her face and hands & applied lotion to her legs,feet, hands & face. Maureen is position on her left side.

-Vitals T-97.7 PO- 78/99

  • Fluids- 38oz.
