Tuesday, December 5, 2023; Swing shift summary

4:00 PM. Arrived. Maureen is sitting comfortably on her recliner chair in the front room watching Game show. Resume giving her fruit snack.

4:15 PM. Checked diaper. It was dry.

4:45 PM. BP was 115/70 and pulse was 72 bpm

4:55 PM. Dinner was asada with bellpeppers and pico de gallo and a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 3x and sneezed 3x

5:55 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:10 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:25 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had a small soft BM. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
