• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:20pm Blood pressure: 110/61.

  Pulse: 73

  O2: 94

• 4:30pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Park chop with mashed potato, Brussels sprouts, and 4oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

   O2: 98

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
