• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:20pm Blood pressure: 121/70.

  Pulse: 74

  O2: 96

• 4:30pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Steak with Brussel sprouts and 5oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 97.3

   Pulse: 69

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
