Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's lying on her left side - sleeping in and out. Tom gave her sips of water earlier already. No signs of any discomfort.

10:00AM - She's looking more awake, gave her sips of water via swab. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 108/65, P: 78 bpm, O2: 96%

10:15AM - Me and Joanna washed her upper body with warm purple wipes - skin's clear, no rashes. Diaper's medium wet, no v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

10:35AM - Maureen took 10 oz of lemon water before breakfast. Ate scrambled egg with tomato and onion, and pear. Coughed 2x.

11:15AM - Oral care.

12:00PM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap, looking relaxed.

12:35PM - Maureen had 5 oz coconut water.

12:45PM - Lunch - tuna salad, beets and 11 oz sparkling water. Coughed once.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with large, cloudy v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Position her to the right side.

2:40PM - Rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

2:50PM - Administered 500mg of Tylenol (crushed) with apple sauce.

3:00PM - Fruit snack (pear and melon). Took 5 oz lemon water.
