Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side awake - slightly jumpy. No clenched jaw or fists and receptive to water via swab.


9:40AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


**Maureen coughed 2x and used suction machine.


9:50AM - Me and Tom gave her a full body bed bath using warm water with Cetaphil cleanser - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.


10:15AM - Shelly, RN arrived for Maureen weekly nursing visit. Lungs clear, active bowel sounds heard.


T - 98.2

P - 78 bpm

BP - 110/70


Maureen took 8oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.


Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, banana, 2oz coffee and had another 8 oz of lemon water. Coughed 2x only with water. Ate well.


11:05AM - Oral care.


11:10AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.


Facial and hand care routine after.


11:40AM - Maureen's leaning back on her recliner, eyes closed for a nap. Looking relaxed and comfortable.


12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.


1:00PM - Maureen closee her eyes for a nap.


1:30PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with large, cloudy v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and washed Maureen's hair.


1:45PM - Lunch - grilled turkey and cheese sandwich, tomato, mashed avocado, and 10oz sparkling water. Coughed once.


3:00PM - Oral care.


3:15PM - Administered 500mg Tylenol (crushed) apple sauce.


3:50PM - Fruit snack (melon and banana). Maureen took 6 oz of water with electrolytes.


**Maureen's diaper is dry.


4:30PM - Maureen coughed and used suction machine. Administered Neb treatment with albuterol. to help loosen phlegm so she can cough it up easily.


4:50PM - Dinner - chicken parmesan with pasta, and 10 oz coconut water. Coughed 3x.


5:45PM - Adminsitered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.


6:00PM - Oral care.


6:10PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet with large, cloudy v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face the right side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.


6:30PM - Maureen's sleeping.


T - 98.2

P - 84 bpm

O2 - 98%

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
