Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023 - Daytime Update

• 8:00AM - Maureen was sleeping when I came in. Dalia informed that Maureen woke up at 6:10am and has been sleeping in and out since then.

• 8:15AM - Maureen woke up.

• 8:30AM - Administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:45 - We started Maureen's day by washing her upper body with warmed purple wipes. The red spots on the right underarm almost non-visible, applied thin layer of Nyastatin. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed. Finished dressing then transferred to the kitchen.

• 9:00AM - Breakfast started with 8oz of prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie, and yogurt. No coughs.

• No MiraLAX today.

• 9:40AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt.

• 9:50AM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.

• 10:00AM - Nebulizer treatment with Saline Sol'n.

• 10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

• 10:40AM - Maureen snoozing on chair.

• 11:30AM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry, positioned Maureen to face her right side.

• 12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with very small formed bowel movement. We cleaned and changed Maureen then, proceed to the kitchen.

• 12:45PM - Lunch was tuna salad, beets, 6oz of coconut water and rice pudding for dessert. Maureen enjoyed lunch. Coughed once (no suction machine used). **We reclined geri chair one notch in the middle of giving Maureen lunch due to her leaning forward.

• BP: 113/65, P - 71bpm

• 1:30PM - Oral care.

• 2:05PM - Maureen is awake comfortably sitting on her chair listening to music.

• 2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet with extra large formed bowel movement. We cleaned thoroughly, dried and changed her. Positioned to face her left side starting at 2:45pm.

• 3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. Finished dressing Maureen then, transferred to the front room.

• 3:45PM - Fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon) time while watching her favorite game shows.
