Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024 Daytime update

  • 8:00am Maureen’s awake, receptive to sips of water via swab.

  • 8:30am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 8:40am Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath, applied a thin layer of nystatin to fading redness by the back of Maureen’s right arm fold. Clean/change a dry diaper with very small-light brown vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

  • 9:00am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice with a full cap of Miralax, medium sunnyside egg with bacon, activia yogurt, and fresh orange juice. Coughed three times.

  • 9:30am Adminisred 10mg loratadine with yogurt.

  • Daily Miralax dosage: full cap

  • 9:50am Oral care.

  • 10:00am Facial routine performed.

  • Once done with her morning routine, Maureen sits very relax listening to Christmas songs. After a short while, she closed her eyes for about 30 minutes.

  • Maureen had half cup of water.

  • 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 12:45pm Blood pressure: 110/62, P 67.

  • Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.

  • 12:50pm Lunch: Chicken/rice soup (blended), tuna salad, beet, a full cup of coconut water, oatmeal cookie for dessert. Coughed and sneezed twice, nose was runny during meal.

  • 1:40pm Oral care.

  • 2:00pm Maureen seats alert while watching a Christmas movie on her tablet.

  • Maureen had 1/4 cup of water.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

  • 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruí snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 1/4 cup of water.

Saturday June 11,2026 Daytime Update

6:00 -Tom’s Morning update, Maureen coughed, He cleared phlegm from throat and she had a couple swabs of water. 8:00 - Tom repositioned Maureen to her right side, she stayed resting during the move.
