Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side. Tom was at bedside with Maureen, he informed she was making that "clicking"sound, all her numbers (O2, pulse rate) are within normal

limits.

9:45AM - Maureen coughed and we used suction machine, waited for her to settle down. Gave her sips od water via swab.

10:00AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:15AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's

upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her.

No v. discharges. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:35AM - Maureen had 10oz of lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine and 1 itab of 500mg Ciprofloxacin (crushed) with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear and 8 oz prune juice. Coughed once.

11:15AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

11:40PM - Maureen's comfortably sitting on recliner, leaning back - hands relaxed.

12:15PM - She closed her eyes for a nap.

12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, beets, sweet pea soup with veggies, and 12 oz sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:15PM - Rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:25PM - Fruit snack (melon and apple) and 5 oz sparkling water.

Total liquid intake - 35 oz
