Tuesday August 6, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Baked salmon with potatoes and Brussels sprouts, by Tom. Also had a cup of cranberry juice. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Small trace of clear vaginal discharge observed. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.3, Pulse: 62, O2: 96.
