4:00pm, resting comfortably in the recliner, watching TV

5:00pm, bathroom, pull-up was medium wet, peed in the toilet Sandra cleaned and put on new pull-up and shorts, back to recliner till dinner.

6:10pm, dinner is ready, Italian sausage with cheese and red sauce, macaroni salad and a full cup of water.

6:55pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, followed by oral care and cleanup. Sandra thoroughly cleaned Maureen, applied some Desetin as needed and a fresh diaper.

The CICLOPIROX was applied to both big toes, allowed to dry and she was covered with light blanket.

7:45pm, laying on her right side and asleep by 8:30
