• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching TV.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 114/62.

  Pulse: 69

  O2: 92

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chía bowl with berries and honey, and 6oz lemon water. *Maureen love it!* She coughed three times, suction pump used twice.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Temp: 96.6

   Pulse: 69

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
