• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

  Oxigen is ON

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 103/59.

  Pulse: 63

  O2: 99

• 4:45pm Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• Dinner: Sockeye salmon with mashed potato, squash and cauliflower mash, and 3oz melon water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 5:30pm Administered 1-tablet AMOX-CLAV (875-125mg) crushed with apple sauce.

• 5:45pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
