4:00PM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her recliner in the front room - watching her fave game show. No coughs after fruit snack which she enjoyed.

4:55PM - BP: 126/75

5:10PM - Dinner - Salmon, brussel sprouts and spinach prepared by Carolyn. Maureen liked and enjoyed dinner very much. Finished 1 cup of lemon water as well. No coughs.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned and changed done. Applied Cavilon cream on diaper folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on both legs/feet.

6:50PM - Maureen asleep.
