• 4:00pm Maureen sits comfortably in the recliner watching games show.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 108/60, P 70.

• 4:55pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Chicken with pesto, potatoes, asparagus, and half cup of lemon water. No coughs.

• Susan visited Maureen.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.8, Pulse: 54, O2: 97.
