• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the reclinar finishing her fruit snack.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 118/70, P77.

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Pasta with sauce and parm, and 5oz lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, applied Calazinc to left labia and to left anal area redness. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Pulse: 58

  O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
