Tuesday, April 8, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen woke up calmly few minutes ago. She’s now receptive to sips of water vía swab.

• 8:30am Maureen is sleepy.

• 8:50am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:55am Blood pressure: 108/60, P64.

• 9:00am Merianne and I started our day giving Maureen ane upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/ change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Labia and outer anal redness seem to be improving, applied Calazinc. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:20am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 9:22am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with pear, 8oz prune juice. Coughed three times, nose was runny, suction pump used once.

• No Miralax administered

• 10:00am Oral care.

• 10:10am Facial routine performed.

• 11:00am Maureen seats relax and alert while listening to her playlist.

• Maureen had 5oz of lemon water.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Chicken/roasted sweet pepper salad, carrots, avocado, and 9oz coconut water. Coughed twice and her nose was runny during meal.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm Saline Neb treatment.

• Maureen had 4oz lemon water.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her left side.

• 3:35om Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) and 3oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 38oz.
