  • 2:00pm Maureen sits relaxed in her recliner. In the meantime, she had 4oz lemon water.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small yellowish vaginal discharge, positioned on her left side.

  • 3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

  • 3:50pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

  • 4:30pm Blood pressure: 107/62, P67.

  • 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

  • 5:00pm Dinner: Ham with mashed potato, carrot, baked apple, and 4oz lemon water.

  • 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  • 6:10pm Oral care.

  • 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, applied Calazinc to left labia and outer anal healing redness. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  • Vitals:

    Temp: 97.0

    Pulse: 68

    O2: 98

  • Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night
