Tuesday, Apr. 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, she's on her left side comfortably lying.

8:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:50AM - Maureen woke up, looked ready to start her day. No signs of distress or pain observed. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 105/59, P: 64bpm

9:05AM - Me and Dalia washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes, there is no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with medium, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned her with water and Cetaphil cleanser, dried and changed. Applied Calazinc on labia, clear from redness. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:20AM - We gave Maureen 10oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had waffles, pear and 6oz of prune juice. Coughed 3x, sneezed once.

Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline sol'n.

10:25AM - Facial and hand care routine.

Maureen's sitting comfortably on the recliner, head and shoulders relaxed, and very awake.

11:00AM - Maureen took 4 oz of lemon water.

11:30AM - We moved her to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break is over, diaper is still clean and dry. We got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:45PM - Lunch - chicken salad, tomato and lintel soup. Maureen finished 10oz of coconut water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.
