Tuesday 8-5-25 Swingshift summary

4:00 we are sitting in the front room, relaxing and watching some game shows, after finishing today’s fruit snack, having a couple sips of lemon water, as well.

4:30 a second dose of cough medicine is given with some applesauce, her O2 level is 93, blood pressure is 109/62

4:45 a second dose of acetaminophen with a little bit more applesauce is administered.

5:00 Dalia is warming up some veggie lasagna for dinner, she had another 10 ounces of lemon water.

5:45 dinner is done, time for albuterol nebulizer treatment #3.

6:00 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE were administered with applesauce.

6:15 cleanup and oral care are performed before we transfer to the bedroom.

6:30 we clean and change a medium wet diaper, Dalia applied some calazinc lotion to Maureen’s sacrum area, and Cavilon cream on her perineal area. We put the oxygen on with a setting of 2 liters per minute, and set Maureen on her left side.
