Tuesday 10-29-24 Swingshift summary

4:00pm we are sitting in the front room having our fresh fruit snack and watching game shows.

4:45pm I went into kitchen to prepare dinner, chicken with carrots and potatoes with a cup of lemon water completely finished, coughed two times.

6:00pm 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE

were administered with applesauce.

6:10pm cleanup, and oral care were performed.

We will transfer to the bedroom to get ready for bed soon.

6:20pm we are now transferred to the bedroom and Maureen is still dry. I performed a little tummy massage and she wet heavy and had a medium formed BM, cleaned well and put dry diaper on. Maureen was placed on her left side and propped up with two wedge pillows.
