Tuesday 10-22-24 Swing shift summary

4:00pm We are sitting in the front room watching game shows and Maureen is enjoying a fresh fruit snack.

5:00pm Carolyn prepared a dinner, consisting of white fish, asparagus and potatoes. Maureen enjoyed it very much, she had a full cup of sparkling water with it.

6:05pm 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE were administered with applesauce, followed by oral care and clean up.

6:30pm With Kathy’s help, we transferred to the bedroom to get ready for bed. We cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, no discharge was noticed. Maureen was put on her left side and propped up with the wedge pillows.
