4:00, Maureen was relaxing in her recliner, watching the tv and sipping water every now and then.

4:20, using the Hoyer lift, we transferred her to the day chair and then to bed for a change. She was medium wet with a medium, formed BM in the pull-ups, thoroughly cleaned and put fresh pull-ups on, with new shorts and back to the recliner till dinner.

6:00, using the Hoyer lift, we transferred to the day chair and then manually transferred to the Geri chair. Another specialty from chef Carolyn, was on the menu, meatloaf muffin, pasta, a mixture of corn and peas and a full cup of water. 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml of VIMPA, followed by oral care, cleanup with a warm washcloth and change to a fresh t-shirt for bed.
