Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025 - Daytime update

• 9:00am Maureen is awake . As per Tom, she’s been in and out of sleep since about 7 when she first woke and was receptive to sips of water.

• 9:20am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:22am Blood pressure: 100/68.

  Pulse: 72

  O2: 93

• 9:25am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:37am Joanna and I started our giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective wipe to sacrum, Medline remedy cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen kitchen for breakfast.

• 9:57am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:00am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, scrambled egg with onion and tomato, fresh pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed and four times during meal. Suction pump used twice.

• Maureen sounds phlegmy and congested. Was able to release big phlegm while coughing in bed and during breakfast.

• 10:40am Administered 500mg Tylenol (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 10:42am Oral care.

• 10:50am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 11:40am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side. She closed her eyes for about 30 minutes.

• 12:40pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 1:05pm Lunch: Chicken/veggies soup (blended) with avocado mash and 10oz of electrolyte drink. Maureen coughed five times (mostly dry), sneezed twice and her nose was runny during meal.

• 1:45pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Maureen seems to be less phlegmy and less congested than earlier today, even though her nose is still stuffy. She’s well alert and has no signs of discomfort.

• Maureen had 8oz of ginger tea with honey.

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 3:50pm COVID-19 Test: Negative

• 3:52pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

• Total liquids ingested: 35oz.
