Thursday September 21, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s resting comfortably in her recliner watching tv.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 112/68, P 84.

• 5:00pm Dinner: chicken parmigiana w/zucchini and onions. Coughed once.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat , 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Evening oral care.

• 6:30pm We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Washed her hands , cleaned her face then applied Cetaphil cream on extremities and face.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.5, Pulse: 74, O2: 97.
