Thursday September 21, 2023 Daytime update

• 6:30am Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side.

• 7:00am Maureen’s sleeping soundly.

• 7:30am She’s asleep, woke up earlier for few minutes and accepted sips of water via swab.

• 8:00am Maureen’s opening her eyes from time to time.

• 8:30am Maureen is fully awake, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine pill with apple sauce.

• 8:40am Our day starts. Tom and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper - applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Gave Maureen an upper body bath using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. No redness observed. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:00am Maureen’s enjoying an oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax, and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. Coughed twice, sneezed once.

• Daily Miralax dosage: 1/4 cap.

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 9:30am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.

• 9:40am Morning oral care.

• 9:50am Eyes care and eyes drops.

• 9:55am Facial routine.

• 10:20am Blood pressure: 110/70, P 70.

• Maureen snoozed for about 20 minutes before going for her break.

• 11:15am Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first break. Diaper was dry, positioned on her right side at 11:25am.

• 12:20pm First break ends. Marianne and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and headed Maureen to the kitchen.

• 12:35pm Lunch: Potato soup, egg salad, fresh diced tomato, full cup of sparkling water and couple spoons of Greek yogurt for dessert. Coughed twice.

• 1:00pm Oral care.

• 2:00pm Maureen finished drinking her first cup of lemon water, she is not so thirsty today.

• 2:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second break. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed. Positioned on her Lt side starting at 2:35pm

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper was md wet, cleaned and changed, dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon comb.). Coughed once.
