Thursday, Sept 4, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen is calmly asleep, lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen’s waking up, slightly twiching for a few minutes. She is receptive to sips of water via swab.

• 8:50am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:55am Blood pressure: 102/74.

  Pulse: 60

  O2: 98

• 9:00am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:12am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:32am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:35am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled wi tomato and onion, pear and 7oz coffee with creamer. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 10:05am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial routine.

• 10:20am We go out for a walk around the neighborhood. Maureen stayed alert the whole time; had 4oz lemon lemon water, once home.

• 11:30am Diana arrives for Maureen’s haircare.

• 12:30om Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 1:00pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• Carolyn visits.

• 1:15pm Lunch: Beans soup, chicken salad with roasted sweet peppers, tomato and 10oz coconut water. Maureen coughed three times.

• 1:40om Laura, from Amada visits Maureen.

• 2:10pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

• Total liquids ingested: 30oz.
