9:00 am: 0.50 ml Lorazepam
Maureen is sleeping
We changed her position: she is laying on the back.
We are moistening her lips with water.
Maureen is sleeping peacefully.
We can hear thick phlegm in her throat, but it is too deep. We tried to remove it with a suction device but we couldn’t.
We are waiting for the nurse.
Carolyn, Colleen and Tommy is here.
10:15 am: the nurse came

Instructions:
- monitor breathing
breathing may pause for a few seconds
- check skin color; discoloration—specifically a purple hue—may appear
- moisten her lips with water
- suction phlegm when she is lying on her side
- alternate her position between the left side and lying on her back; the right side can be avoided
- Lorazepam and Morphine can be administered regularly every 4 hours in the same time
- ensure a calm and comfortable environment.
11:00 am: light wet diaper.
We cleaned and changed her.
Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.
Maureen is sleeping on her left side.
We are moistening her lips with water a lot.
1:00 pm: 0.5 ml Lorazepam
1:15 pm: Repositioned Maureen on her backside.
The diaper is dry.
