July 27, Monday daytime update

9:00 am: 0.50 ml Lorazepam


Maureen is sleeping


We changed her position: she is laying on the back.


We are moistening her lips with water.

Maureen is sleeping peacefully.

We can hear thick phlegm in her throat, but it is too deep. We tried to remove it with a suction device but we couldn’t.

We are waiting for the nurse.


Carolyn, Colleen and Tommy is here.


10:15 am: the nurse came

Instructions:

- monitor breathing

breathing may pause for a few seconds

- check skin color; discoloration—specifically a purple hue—may appear

- moisten her lips with water

- suction phlegm when she is lying on her side

- alternate her position between the left side and lying on her back; the right side can be avoided

- Lorazepam and Morphine can be administered regularly every 4 hours in the same time

- ensure a calm and comfortable environment.


11:00 am: light wet diaper.

We cleaned and changed her.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.


Maureen is sleeping on her left side.


We are moistening her lips with water a lot.


1:00 pm: 0.5 ml Lorazepam


1:15 pm: Repositioned Maureen on her backside.

The diaper is dry.

1:30 pm: Nebulizer/Albuterol


Maureen is sleeping.


Barbara visited.


2:45 pm: Repositioned Maureen on her left side.

The diaper is dry.


Tina and Dan visited Maureen.


4:45 pm: Very light diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.

Repositioned to the backside.

Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.

 
 
 
July 27/28,2026 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer. Maureen was coughing and I was able to take some phlegm out. Maureen stayed to sleep on her back with raised bed up 12:00am, dry, rep
