11:00pm, reposition right . Tom gave Maureen morphine .25ml

Maureen is moaning for 15 minutes then she is sleeping for 15 minutes

12:00am, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition left

Maureen is sleeping

1:00pm, Tom gave Maureen .50ml Lorazepam

Now Maureen is sleeping with out moaning

3:00am, dry, reposition right

3:20am, Maureen is moaning

5:00am, .Tom gave .50 ml Lorazepam

.25 ml morphine

5:30am, dry, reposition left

During the night Maureen was moaning for 15 minutes then 15 minutes sleeping

When Maureen was on her left side she didn’t moaning at all
