4:00PM - BP: 110/65, 65

Maureen sitting comfortably on her recliner while having fruit snack and watching her favorite game show/s. Finished 3/4 a cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

5:00PM - Maureen enjoyed her dinner which was mac with chicken, ham, peas and cheese. Finished a cup of cold ginger tea as well. Coughed once.

6:05PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen to face her left side, 2 wedges on her back and pillow between her legs.

6:50PM - Maureen sleeping.
