Thursday, Sept 11, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen’s sleeping soundly.

• 9:20am About 25 minutes ago., Maureen woke up calmly and receptive to sips of water soon after. Now, we raise her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:22am Blood pressure: 106/60

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 97

• 9:25am Saline Neb treatment.

• 9:35am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:55am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:57am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with tomato and onion, and fresh pear. Maureen coughed twice during feeding, suction pump used once.

• 10:30am Oral care followed by eyes wash/drops and facial care.

• 10:45am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed relaxed and alert all the way.

• Once back, Maureen easily drank 10oz electrolyte water.

• 11:35am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:30pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Spinach and rice soup (blended), turkey salad with beets, and 11oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times, sneezed twice and her nose was runny during meal.

• 1:35pm Oral care.

• Even though she got sleepy after meal, Maureen stayed awake.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).

• Total liquids ingested: 30oz
