Thursday October 7, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:28pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. After 3 minutes, Maureen urinated. We cleaned up and put on a new pull-up.

• 5:45pm Dinnertime. Maureen had a chicken casserole bake with mango salad and baked apple. She also drank one cup of water.

• 6:40pm We headed back to the front room to watch the new episode of Survivor.

• 7:15pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed.

• 7:47pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Her pull-up is dry - cleaned with 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow in between her legs.
