• 4:00pm Maureen is in bed, lying on her left side.

• 4:30pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet - cleaned using 3M cleanser spray and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen out of bed using the Hoyer lift to day chair and then to the recliner.

• 6:00pm Maureen’s diaper is slightly wet. We headed to the bedroom for a change. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Cleaned up using the 3M cleanser spray and put on a new diaper. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair after using the Hoyer lift.

• 6:22pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat a serving of pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, carrots, and baked apple along with a cup of water.

• 7:09pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:35pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Her diaper is wet - cleaned with 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Applied NYSTATIN cream under left breast due to redness. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Head of the bed elevated. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
