• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/60.

  Pulse: 67

  O2: 96

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry

• 5:55pm Dinner: Baked Mostaccioli with meatballs, and 5oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once during meal. Suction pump used once.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Medline Remedy cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

  Temp: 95.5

   Pulse: 68

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
