6:30 Maureen’s asleep lying on her left side.
7:00am She’s still asleep.
7:30am Maureen is sleeping deeply.
8:00am Maureen is asleep, she woke up calmly 20 minutes ago, took sips of water via swab and went back to sleep.
8:30am She is still sleeping.
9:00am Maureen’s fully awake now, we raised her bed head and administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:10am Our day starts giving Maureen an upper body bath with warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta, no red observed. Maya and I cleaned and changed a md wet diaper and applied Cavilon barrier and cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
9:30am Breakfast: oatmeal/fruit smoothie, 8oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax and couple spoons of Greek yogurt. No coughs.
Daily Miralax dosage: 1/2 cap.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.
10:00am Morning oral care.
10:10am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.
10:30am Maureen is napping.
11:00am She had 1/2 cup of ginger tea and went back napping.
11:30am Transferred to the bed for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper was, positioned on her right side at 11:40.
12:30pm First resting break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.
12:40pm Blood pressure: 110/77, P 87.
12:45pm Lunch: Beets leaves soup, chicken salad, asparagus, full cup root beer and tapioca pudding for dessert. Maureen coughed three times and was able to bring out some phlegm.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
1:25pm Oral care.
After lunch, Maureen coughed about three more times and nose was runny, suction pump used.
2:00pm Maureen is sitting fully awake her hands are relaxed now, listening music.
2:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second break. Diaper was heavy wet, clean and changed. Positioned on her left side starting at 2:45.
3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper was dry, dressed and headed to the front area.
3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi). Coughed once.
