4:000 pm- Maureen is enjoying dinner. She finished a cup of water during dinner, no coughs.
5:00 pm- Maureen is watching TV game with family.
5:15 pm- Maureen is asleep.
6:00 pm- Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5 ml of Vimpat.
6:15 pm- Evening oral care.
6:20 pm- Kathy, Jim and Maggie visited Maureen.
6:40 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was dry. We applied Cetaphil lotion on Maureen's face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned her on the left side.
T- 60.1 , O2-96. , P 58.
BP- 115/70.
7:0" pm- Maureen is asleep.
