Thursday, Nov 27, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen woke up calmly a few minutes ago. She’s receptive to sips of water via swab.

• 9:00am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:02 am Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 9:14am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 9:35am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce followed by 9oz of lemon water after.

• 9:50am Breakfast: Scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear, and 5oz of cold chocolate. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• Caty visits Maureen.

• 10:30am Oral care.

• 10:40am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• Maureen drank 10oz of electrolyte water before her break.

• 11:35am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a Medium-formed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 12:25pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 12:40pm Lunch: Rice and chicken soup with avocado mash and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed three times and sneezed once during meal.

• 1:25pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-firmed BM, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean /change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the dinnning room for Thanksgiving dinner 🙏
