8:00am Maureen’s awake lying on her left side. As per Tom, she’s been in and out of sleep since 6:15, accepted sips of water then.
8:30am Maureen’s sleeping.
9:05 Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:15am Blood pressure: 103/67.
9:20am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath, no redness observed. Diaper it’s dry and clear, dressed and headed to the kitchen.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
9:35am Breakfast: 8oz prune juice with a cap of Miralax, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with a full activia yogurt. Coughed three times, suction pump used once.
9:45am Administered 10mg Loratadine with smoothie.
Daily Miralax dosage: full cap
10:00am Oral care.
10:10am Saline Neb treatment.
10:20am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed. Applied a thin layer of Triamcinolone Acetonide to Maureen’s left hand dorsal bump.
Maureen napped for 30 minutes soon after her morning routine. She had 2/3 cup of lemon water before her break.
11:35am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper it’s dry, positioned on her right side.
12:35pm First break ends. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a tiny light yellowish spot, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
Reclined Geri chair one notch for comfort.
12:50pm Lunch: Beans soup, shrimp salad with fresh tomato, and a full cup of sparkling water. Coughed twice.
1:45pm Oral care.
2:20pm Maureen sits alert and relaxed listening to her playlist; had 1/4 cup of lemon water in the meantime.
2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a Very small-formed BM, positioned on her left side. No vaginal discharge observed.
3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper it’s dry, dressed and headed to the living room.
3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi).
