  • 8:00am Maureen sleeps peacefully lying on her left side. As per Tom , she opened her eyes briefly and accepted sips of water around 6:30.

  • 8:30am Maureen is asleep.

  • 9:20am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:22am Blood pressure: 98/55.

    Pulse: 62

    O2: 93

  • 9:26am Albuterol Neb treatment.

    9:38am Joanna and I started the day by giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Medline remedy cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 9:58am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

  • 10:00am Breakfast: 9oz of lemon water, scrambled egg with tomato and onion, fresh pear, 4oz of coffee with creamer and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed four times (dry) during meal.

  • 10:50am Oral care.

  • 11:00am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

  • 11:30am Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

  • 11:40am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 12:40pm First break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.

  • 1:00pm Lunch: Beans soup, tuna salad, avocado and 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times (dry) during meal.

  • 1:50pm Oral care.

  • 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

  • 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 5oz of electrolyte drink.

  • Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
