4:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching favorite shows.

4:50 pm: dry diaper.

4:50 pm: dinner: Chicken Broccoli Caserolle.

3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

5:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with roce pudding.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 98.3

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 73

6:55 pm: asleep.
