Thursday May 25, 2023 Swing shift update

• 4:00pm Maureen’s siting in the recliner, she’s having some watermelon and enjoying every bite. No cough dry during fruit snack.

• 5:00pm Maureen is enjoying a delicious dinner Carolyn prepare, pink salmon, asparagus and sweet potato. Coughed twice.

• 6:00pm Everything meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Greek yogurt.

• 6:15pm Everything oral care.

• 6:30pm We transferred Maureen to bed. Diaper was very wet, changed and cleaned , applied Cavilon cream; then gave her an upper body wash using warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta. Applied Vicks to her chest and Cetaphil to her lower extremities.

• 7:00pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
