8:00AM - Maureen was already awake when we came in, lying calmly on her left side. According to Tom, she woke up around 6am.
8:30AM - Me and Joanna raised the bed up and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:40AM - We started washing Maureen's upper body uskng warmed purple wipes with Aloe Vesta. No redness on upper body observed. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed. Red spot on coccyx looks lighter, applied Cavilon barrier film. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing and transferred Maureen to the kitchen.
8:55AM - Maureen had pear. Administered 2 50mg of Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Finished a cup of lemon water as well.
9:05AM - Breakfast started with 8 oz prune juice, oatmeal/fruit smoothie with 3 prunes and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. No coughs.
9:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
9:45AM - Oral care.
9:50AM - Eye care and eye drops routine. Followed by facial and hand care routine.
**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.
10:30AM - Maureen comfortably sitting on her chair listening to music, awake and hands relaxed.
10:50AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.
11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her right side.
12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed then transferred Maureen to the kitchen.
12:50PM - Lunch was tuna salad, sliced fresh tomato, spinach and veggie soup. Maureen had 2 spoonfuls of yogurt and finished a cup of sparkling water, too. No coughs.
1:30PM - Oral care. Reclined geri chair after for Maureen's comfort.
2:00PM - Maureen sitting comfortably - awake. She has not been coughing today and not phlegmy at all.
2:30PM - Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, cleaned and changed. Position to face her left side.
3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen then, transferred to the front room.
3:45PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
